Riders

MNSS is focused on your success.  Park laps are good but sometimes we need to focus our attention on specific skills and this might be more effectively done outside of the park.   Our coaches will develop a plan for accelerated progression to take your riding to the next level.

Why such a team focus in an individual sport?

Competition is one SMALL aspect of snowboarding.  A career in snowboarding is a journey that can lead in many directions.  We want to foster a positive team environment that can survive a long road trip in a cramped vehicle or even a stay in a tent chasing the perfect shot down a mountain face.  We need strong leaders who know when to speak up if a situation is not safe and can react quickly if someone needs help.  The best snowboarding is done as a team and our vision of success looks well beyond the next contest.

Clear consistent communication is our goal. You and your athlete are part of the MNSS team and we want to work with you to ensure the success and safety of your athlete.
